Corporate Membership in Area27

We are asking members, and potential members, to come on board to acquire a Corporate Membership in this new track.  Here is a bit about the deal being offered. If this is of interest to you then please add your name to the list to the Right and we will acquire a corporate membership for us all if we can gather enough interest. 

Corporate membership details

• One time initiation fee of $90,000 to $115,000 depending on reservation receipt
• Yearly membership dues; Phase 1 $7,000 Phase 2 $10,000
• 15 or more track days per month, with at least two weekends per month
• 3 individuals may be designated as Charter Members under the Corporate membership
• A corporate member can bring up to 15 guests per month, 9 guests per Corporate Membership may drive 1 time per year. Special events may be booked with up to 60 guests attending per event.
• Up to 4 special events can be scheduled per calendar year including one (1) weekend event
• All special event guests may drive, providing all driver eligibility requirements are met
• All driving guests must pay the daily track use fee of $100
• Corporate memberships provide an opportunity for those who wish to invite many clients for entertainment, appreciation, training and/or media liaison to Area 27

Regular Membership in Area 27

Regular membership details

• One time initiation fee of $35,000 to $45,000 depending on reservation receipt
• Yearly membership dues; Phase 1 $3,000 Phase 2 $4,000
• 15 or more track days per month, with at least two weekends per month
• Membership includes immediate family including members between the ages 16 to 25
• Karting membership available for all family members age 8 and up
• After a period of five (5) years membership becomes transferable subject to SOMC management approval and a $1,000 administration fee
• Regular members can bring up to 15 guests per month, 3 guests per Regular Membership may drive 1 time per year, providing all driver eligibility requirements are met.
• Guests who will be driving on the track will pay a daily use fee of $100
